Altech Chemicals Ltd (Altech) is planning to generate a 99.99% high purity alumina (HPA) (Al₂O₃) through the construction and operation of a 4,000tpa high purity alumina processing plant at Tanjung Langsat, Johor, Malaysia. In 2016 ORELOGY was requested by Altech to generate a technical report for its High Purity Alumina project deposit located close to the town of Meckering, Western Australia. The technical report was required in the due diligence process to secure financing of the project.

In 2016 DANA Minerals commenced investigations in the feasibility of a kaolin mining and beneficiation operation at its Meckering WA exploration tenements. ORELOGY was engaged by DANA to undertake pit design work for this investigation.
