ORELOGY SOFTWARE

Software Payment Terms and Conditions

These terms and condition relate specifically to the purchase of ORELOGY software. They are in addition to and complimentary to the:

1. ORELOGY Website Terms of Use and,
2. ORELOGY Privacy Declaration and,
3. Software Users Agreement.

PAYMENT AND ACTIVATION
1. The customer provides their credit card details via the Payment Page on the ORELOGY website. This page is secure and requires sufficient personal details to be provided such that the credit card payment can be confirmed by the financial institution.

2. The price of the software is quoted in Australian dollars. Overseas purchases will be converted to their local currency equivalent at the exchange rate of the customers financial institution.

3. ORELOGY do not retain any details related to the credit card.

4. ORELOGY will retain sufficient personal details to allow the Software Activation Code and Receipt of Payment details to be forwarded back to the customer.

5. The Activation Code will only be provided upon receipt of a successful transaction notification from the financial institution.

6. ORELOGY will retain the personal details of the customer for the purposes of support and notification of new releases, updates, patches etc.

7. However should the customer select the “Do Not Retain My Personal Details” check box on the Payment Page, ORELOGY will retain the personal information only so long as it is required to ensure the customer receives the Activation Code and Receipt of Payment, after which the details will be deleted from ORELOGY records.

8. It must be emphasised here that the encryption of all ORELOGY software products are on a “machine specific” basis. In other words the License File provided by ORELOGY to the customer is only relevant to the computer which generated the Registration File. The License File will not activate the software on any other computer.

9. Should the customer need to transfer the software to a new computer because the original computer is no longer in use, the customer can contact ORELOGY either by phone (+61 (8) 9318 5333) or email (info@orelogy.com) and a new License File can be provided.

SHIPPING
ORELOGY software products are available for download only, and therefore are not subject to any shipping costs or restrictions.

REFUND AND RETURNS
All ORELOGY software products are available for download on a 28 day free trial basis. As this provides the customer with sufficient opportunity to test and review the product, ORELOGY will not provide any refund or return for software following purchase.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
ORELOGY software is provided with a comprehensive help file and documentation. In addition there is a “Frequently Asked Questions” page on the ORELOGY website (www.orelogy.com/faq.php) which provides supplementary background and solutions to potential issues. This page is updated as ORELOGY receive ongoing feedback from customers.
