Established in March 2005 as a 2 person consultancy ORElogy has built a team of 15+ full-time professionals, and the ORElogy clients now include a number of the world’s largest miners.

ORElogy personnel have extensive operational and consulting experience throughout the world in a range of different commodities and as such bring a global understanding of the mining industry to our assignments and develop practical solutions within a strategic framework suitable to each client.

In 2007, and as a direct reflection of the company’s want to improve software systems and provide clients with practical cost effective planning solutions, ORElogy started “Project evORElution”. The objective of this project was to have mining engineers design and develop a mine scheduling package, “design by mining engineers for mining engineers”.

evORElution has been utilised by ORElogy’s mine planning consultants since early 2009 and was commercially released in Q1, 2010.
